감기가 너무 안 나아서 원장님께 진료를 받으러 갔는데 너무 친절하시고 무리하게 진료나 처방도 안하시고 너무 만족스럽게 치료 잘 끝냈습니다. 기계적으로 진료 보시지도 않고 설명도 잘해주셔서 다음에도 아프면 여기 방문 예정입니다!

Fell sick during my trip to Seoul. Googled and found this clinic with English speaking doctor. The doctor can speak good English, and the nurses and counter staff will use translator to communicate if necessary. Doctor wanted to give me drip, but the nurses could not find my thin veins after poking me twice. The nurses were apologetic. In the end, the doctor suggested an injection as he was worried of my high fever and also prescribed medicine. The medicine seems to work, and I felt better after 2 days of the antibiotics. Glad that I went to the clinic so that I can enjoy the rest of my days in Seoul. Thank you to the doctor and nurses!!

I had a pill stuck in my throat, the doctor here was AMAZING. He took a look with a camera, dislodged it and removed it! I was so relieved!!! I also don't have Korean insurance and the price was very reasonable. The nurses and front desk were also very very kind. Thank you so much!

(I had just come from a different "English speaking ENT" who basically said I can't see anything so nothing is there, go home. The other clinic also had higher consultation fee for doing nothing.)
Due to this previous bad experience at another clinic, I really appreciate the kind doctor and assistants at this clinic!! Please take care.

Very friendly service. We were able to book an appointment through Naver for an hour later. They spoke good English and treated us very nicely. Cheaper than expected too 🙂
