I booked two facials (for my mother and me) directly through the clinic. I was very happy with the communication before the appointment as well as the clear directions for getting to the clinic (easily reachable by the subway).
We arrived just a little early as instructed and met another client who had been to the clinic about five years prior.
For our in-person consultation, we went to a clean, safe, office with multiple consultation rooms in the basement level. The analysis of oiur skin was clear and easy to understand. We then were escorted to the main clinic on an upper floor where we were offered a beverage and then met in a short consultation with Dr. Kim. Our consultant translated Dr. Kim's findings and recommendations into English from Korean for us.
We were then escorted into the treatment room which was very clean and set up for two people. My mother had an oxygen and moisturizing facial. I had the moisturizing facial. Our aestheticians were professional and provided a relaxing environment for the hourlong facials during which our consultant translated into English for us what the next step of the facial would be.
Upon completion of the facials, my mom and I were given aftercare instructions and three products (toner, moisturizer and face masks) which have been excellent.

With the help of Seoul Medical Guide, I received treatments for my upper arms (liposuction + acculift laser). Afterward, also with the help of Seoul Medical Guide, I had facial tightening treatments (full face and neck) and upper arms at Renova Clinic.

I received several treatments at Renovo Clinic because they couldn't all be performed consecutively. The first treatment was a HIFU treatment for my face and neck. These treatments felt like wellness treatments. After a few weeks, my friends noticed I looked younger because I had fewer wrinkles.

On October 6th, I went to Renovo for treatments on my upper arms. This Tri Cut treatment (and other treatments) weren't allowed for a month.
The next day, October 7th, I received a massage (with special gloves) for my upper arms to tighten the skin. And a treatment to tighten the skin on my neck.

All treatments were painless, and, like the HIFU treatment on July 18th, I felt they felt more like a wellness treatment (partly due to the personal approach). Flo was my point of contact and she regularly checked in during the treatments to check on me and see if I was experiencing any pain.

The information provided by Dr. Kim and his staff was comprehensive. They explained in English why this treatment was being performed. The staff were very friendly and spoke such good English that after my first visit, my consultant didn't need to accompany me to translate. The aftercare was excellent.

The directions I received beforehand were clear.

I'm glad Seoul Medical Guide recommended Renovo Clinic.

In short, if I return to Seoul, I will definitely have Renovo Clinic provide treatments again.

Came across this clinic after looking through and doing research on which clinic to visit because Seoul is just the beauty capital.
Quite impressed with the visit as I felt the service was quite professional.
I was led and taken care by 2 of the female staff who spoke very good English. One was there to provide consultation as well as translation with the doctor, the other one was there to explain every step of the treatment.
The staff there were very caring and concerned about the pain threshold and kept asking if we felt painful throughout the treatment.
I was quite glad that after the treatment clear instructions were provided on the care and 2 weeks worth of skincare products were provided. There was this piece of paper with instructions and also I was able to get some follow up questions asked in the WhatsApp chat.
Price might be a little expensive but I don't think you should scrimp for the quality of the service and treatment. Also there is a 20% discount if you make a reservation for the appointment either via online or WhatsApp.
Location is not that obvious though it's a short walk from apgujeong station exit 4, there are no obvious signs of the clinic. Just note that there is a small entrance before the Starbucks and that is the entrance to the building. Take the lift up to level 5 and you can see the clinic on the right.

I loved my experience at the clinic — the care from the receptionists, Lidia was great and doctors was excellent. I’ll definitely come back. If you don’t speak Korean, they still provide service in Korean. Highly recommend!

It was definitely a good experience. I went to a previous clinic and got a wrong consultation, thus, getting the wrong treatment. But I came to renovo, and got things corrected (turns out the mole i had was already laser-ed off, and what’s left is scar tissue). It was resolved with a simple injection that made the scar tissue smaller. Lydia was a great consultant too, very patient with my many questions as it was my first time getting treatment for body contouring.

This clinic was probably one of the best experiences I've had for lasers. I'm from Canada, and there just isn't as advanced technology there. Here I had a consult first, expressed my skin concerns and they gave me tailored treatment plan and suggested treatments/lasers I've never even heard of in Canada. I did 4 treatments in total. Also, what's different - here they have doctors who do the treatment. In Canada, it's usually staff they trained but not even a nurse. So I felt very comfortable and safe. This is what surprised me the most - after my treatments, there was post care! There was red light therapy, mask, a massage wand thing that was done on my face. It was such a wonderful ending to the treatments. I'm definiitely coming back here the next time I'm in Korea.
